Application for Business Leader

Dear VP/GM Asia,

I have been working for your business unit in Thailand more than 1 year and it was the year of failure in my professional. And also the business result was not good. With the result like this and with 1 year experience in this business. I would like to challenge myself to switch from technical to business. And I would like to ask for the post that I can fill-in to recover this business unit.
